How to delete the data tied to your Polyms Account, including data we received when you signed in with Facebook.

Polyms ("Polyms", "we", "us", or "our") lets you sign in across the Polyms ecosystem, including with Facebook Login. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, the options available to you, and how to make a request.
What data we store
When you sign in to Polyms with Facebook, we store only the basic identity information needed to operate your account.
- Account profile
- Your name, email address, and profile photo as shared by Facebook, plus the Facebook user ID used to link your login.
- Authentication data
- The linked Facebook account record, sign-in events, and active sessions used to keep you signed in securely.
- Logs
- Limited security and audit logs such as sign-in and sign-out events, retained for a short period for fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access your account, or you prefer that we handle it, send us a deletion request and we will process it.
- Email us from the address linked to your account, or include the email tied to your Facebook login.
- Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
- We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens after deletion
Once your request is processed, we delete or anonymize your account profile, the linked Facebook account, and associated sessions. Security and audit logs are removed or anonymized after their limited retention period.
We may retain a minimal set of records only where the law requires it (for example, tax or fraud-prevention obligations). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — you would need to create a new account to use Polyms again.
